Okpuno community Pledges 100% Vote for Soludo’s reelection

The Okpuno community in Awka South Local Government Area has declared its unwavering support for Governor Charles Soludo, pledging to vote en masse for his reelection in the upcoming November 8, 2025, governorship election.
Speaking at the opening ceremony of the Okpuno Community Youth Office on Thursday, the President-General of the community, Engr. Luke Egwuatu, praised Governor Soludo for what he described as exemplary leadership and transformative governance in Anambra State.
Egwuatu highlighted several achievements of the Soludo administration, notably the construction of a dual-lane road in their community,an infrastructure project he said was unprecedented in Okpuno’s history.
He also lauded the Governor’s successful efforts in addressing insecurity across the state.
“Under Governor Soludo, our community has witnessed real development. The dual-lane road project is just one of many signs of progress. We also commend his decisive action in tackling insecurity. That is why we, the people of Okpuno, have resolved to give him 100 percent of our votes come November 8,” Egwuatu declared.
Reinforcing this stance, the Youth President of Okpuno, Charles Obidimma, described Governor Soludo as a youth-friendly leader.
He specifically applauded the administration’s “One Youth, Two Skills” initiative, which he said has empowered many young people across the state.
Obidimma echoed the President-General’s endorsement, stating, “We are fully aligned with the decision of our community leadership. Those contesting against Governor Soludo are simply wasting their time. The youth of Okpuno stand firmly with him.”
Also speaking at the event, Evangelist Chinedu Obigwe, leader of the APGA Media Warriors and popularly known as Akaekpuchionwa, described Governor Soludo as a “God-sent leader” to the people of Anambra.
He commended the Okpuno youth for their public declaration of support, attributing their loyalty to the visible improvements brought about by the Soludo administration.
