Isuikwuato Development: Lucky Johnson Showcases Constituency Projects

The Honourable Member representing Isuikwuato Local Government Area in the Abia State House of Assembly, Hon. Lucky Johnson, has highlighted a number of ongoing development projects being undertaken across communities in his constituency, describing them as practical efforts to bring the dividends of democracy closer to the people.

Among the projects are the construction of market stalls, installation of solar-powered charging stations, provision of solar-powered boreholes, rehabilitation of roads, and improvement of healthcare facilities across various communities in Isuikwuato Local Government Area.

Hon. Lucky Johnson said the projects were conceived to address some of the immediate needs of his constituents and contribute to improving their living conditions.

He emphasised that his representation in the State House of Assembly is focused on attracting meaningful development and ensuring that the people of Isuikwuato benefit from government programmes and interventions.

According to him, his tenure in the House has provided opportunities to attract several development projects to different communities in the local government area.

He further stated that, if re-elected in the forthcoming 2027 general election, he would continue to pursue initiatives aimed at expanding development interventions and delivering more tangible benefits to the people of Isuikwuato.

Among the projects across the constituency are the construction of market stalls at Orie Otampa, as well as the installation of solar-powered charging stations in Amaibo, Acha, Ozara, Umuerem Eluama, and Ukwunwangwu, Uturu.

Other interventions include the rehabilitation of Amune Ovim Health Centre and the provision of a solar-powered borehole at Obiohia-Ihenzu, Ahaba Imenyi.

The projects, according to Hon. Lucky Johnson, reflect his commitment to constituency representation that responds to the practical needs of the people.

Through these interventions, he said, he remains committed to supporting local economic activity, improving access to basic infrastructure, and strengthening essential services across Isuikwuato.

As the 2027 general election approaches, Hon. Lucky Johnson is presenting his record of constituency projects and ongoing interventions as part of the basis for seeking another term in the Abia State House of Assembly under Labour Party (LP).
