Soludo Presents 3-Year Administration Report to Ndi Anambra in U.S

Soludo in USA to interact with citizens

The Governor of Anambra State, Prof. Charles Soludo, will today, Sunday, engage with members of the Anambra Diaspora in the United States and North America during a town hall meeting in Maryland.

The meeting is part of a broader effort by the governor to render an account of his administration’s performance over the past three years.

It will also serve as a platform to encourage ndi Anambra in the diaspora to “think home” and channel investments into their homeland.

In a statement issued by his Press Secretary, Mr. Christian Aburime, the event was described as a continuation of Governor Soludo’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and inclusive governance.

Aburime stated that the engagement is not an electioneering stunt but rather a deliberate act of democratic stewardship.

“This town hall meeting is not a campaign event,” “It marks yet another chapter in Governor Soludo’s unwavering dedication to participatory governance and public accountability, which has been a defining feature of his administration over the past three years.” the statement clarified

According to Aburime, the decision to embark on this diaspora outreach at a time when many politicians are preoccupied with pre-election rhetoric underscores Soludo’s distinct leadership ethos.

“While typical politicians saturate the media with hollow promises as elections approach, Governor Soludo chooses to let his track record speak for itself,”

“This town hall is part of a consistent pattern ,similar engagements have already taken place this year in Lagos, Abuja, and across the UK and Europe. In each instance, the Governor presented his administration’s achievements, responded to public concerns, and outlined a vision for the future of Anambra State.”he said.

Aburime added that the U.S./North America engagement reinforces the idea that Soludo views governance as a continuous social contract and not a transactional act tied to electoral timelines.

“While his critics resort to grandstanding or criticism without substance, Governor Soludo is reporting back to the people. He is demonstrating that his government prioritizes performance, transparency, and measurable progress over political theatrics,” he added.
