With less than a month to the November 8 governorship election in Anambra State, the Director-General of the Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu–Senator Uche Ekwunife Campaign Organization, Hon. Dozie Ikedife Jnr., has expressed strong confidence that the All Progressives Congress (APC) will emerge victorious.

Ikedife stated that the APC has already taken control of four out of the five states in Nigeria’s South-East, adding that Anambra is poised to be the next.

Speaking to journalists at his Otolo Nnewi residence, Ikedife described Governor Charles Soludo’s administration as the most unpopular government in the state since the return to democracy in 1999.

According to him, the people of Anambra are eager to vote Soludo out and have found a credible alternative in the Ukachukwu–Ekwunife ticket.

“Surely, the people of Anambra State are looking for someone other than the incumbent,” Ikedife stated.

He described the anticipated APC victory in the upcoming election as a “mission accomplished,” asserting that the party is set to win based on its growing acceptance across the state.

Ikedife further referred to the Ukachukwu–Ekwunife ticket as a “winning team” that enjoys the trust of the electorate.

“The APC governorship candidate, Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu, is a visionary leader with proven wisdom and a strong track record. He is well-positioned to offer Ndi Anambra a better style of governance,” he said.

He added that Ukachukwu’s administration, if elected, would prioritize agriculture, healthcare, education, social welfare, and the security of lives and property—key areas he believes will usher in a new lease of life for the people of Anambra State.
