Aide to the former Governor of Anambra State, Willie Obiano, Chief Primus Odili, has sent his heartfelt congratulations to the Executive Governor of Anambra State, Charles Chukwuma Soludo, and his Deputy, Onyekachukwu Ibezim, on the swearing-in marking the commencement of their second term in office.
