BREAKING: Court Fixes Tuesday for Judgment in ADC Leadership Tussle

The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has adjourned proceedings to Tuesday, April 14, 2026, for the delivery of judgment in a leadership dispute within the African Democratic Congress (ADC).

The suit was filed by Hon. Leke Abejide against the African Democratic Congress (ADC), its National Chairman, Ralph Nwosu, as well as David Mark, Rauf Aregbesola, and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) before  Justice Musa Liman. 

The case, which was heard and concluded in court today, is expected to receive a final decision on the scheduled date.
