Anambra:Mrs. Soludo Applauds Progress of Women’s Skills Training

The First Lady of Anambra State, Dr. Mrs. Nonye Soludo, has expressed satisfaction with the ongoing practical skills training programme for women in the state.

The governor’s wife inaugurated and commenced the training programme five weeks ago, as part of efforts to empower women through the acquisition of practical and income-generating skills.

Speaking on the progress of the initiative, she said:

“It has been five weeks of intensive practical classes for the Anambra Skilled Ladies Programme. What thrills me most about this novel initiative is the passion, dedication, and meticulousness these amazing women have invested in every task, no matter how daunting.

“I am pleased with how far we have come in this great vision. Soon, these women,who began this journey out of sheer passion will graduate with the kind of quality training and experience that will transform their lives forever. The future is bright on this side. These women are the real changemakers,” she said.
