Nonye Soludo Hails Journalist’s Organic Farming Success, Says Healthy Living Initiative Is Bearing Fruit

The First Lady of Anambra State, Dr. Mrs. Nonye Soludo, has commended Anambra State journalist, Mr. Kenechukwu Offorma, for embracing healthy living through the cultivation of organic crops within his residential compound.
Dr. Soludo, who is the wife of the Governor of Anambra State and founder of the Healthy Living with Nonye Soludo Initiative, gave the commendation in a post shared on the initiative’s official Facebook page.
According to her, “There is no greater joy than seeing seeds of hope blossom into stories of abundance.”
Mr. Kenechukwu Offorma is one of the beneficiaries of the Healthy Living with Nonye Soludo Free Organic Seed Packs Initiative, which distributes organic seed packs to farmers and households across Anambra State to encourage healthy food production and sustainable agriculture.
Commending Offorma’s successful harvest, Dr. Soludo stated:
“Kenechukwu Offorma’s impressive harvest is another beautiful reminder that when we invest in people, we cultivate great possibilities. Our Healthy Living Free Organic Seed Packs Initiative was created to empower individuals, families, and communities to grow their own healthy food, improve nutrition, and strengthen livelihoods. Stories like this make every effort deeply worthwhile.
Congratulations, Kene! May your success inspire many more people to embrace agriculture, believe in the power of opportunity, and reap the rewards of hard work.”
The First Lady noted that Offorma’s achievement reflects the impact of the initiative in promoting healthy living, food security, and self-reliance through organic farming. She expressed optimism that more residents of the state would take advantage of the programme to cultivate healthy food, improve household nutrition, and contribute to sustainable agricultural development.
