Eric Anyamene Gains Ground in Idemili Ahead of 2027

The frontline candidate contesting for the Idemili North and South Federal Constituency seat in the House of Representatives under the platform of the Nigeria Democratic Congress, NDC, Engineer Eric Anyamene has prepared to take the Idemili community to the next level if elected in the 2027 general elections.

Widely regarded as one of the finest politicians in Anambra State and the holder of the prestigious Ezenwa Obosi traditional title, Engineer Anyamene is a renowned professional engineer and a community philanthropist with deep faith in God. He is also a passionate advocate for youth development and has consistently shown interest in matters affecting the entire Idemili.

Among other contestants for the Idemili House of Reps seat, Engineer Anyamene enjoys broad acceptance among youths and adults due to his care, benevolence, and proactive leadership.

A clear example of his commitment is his single-handed intervention in the gully erosion menace in Obosi. He deployed his engineering personnel for immediate remedial work while also calling on both the state and federal governments to come to the aid of other Idemili communities ravaged by erosion.

An ardent Catholic and devout Christian, Engineer Anyamene believes strongly in using his God-given resources to serve, praise God, and preach the gospel.

According to supporters, he is not in politics for personal gain. “He is already blessed with wealth. He is in this race to serve the people, bring their share from Abuja, and use it to work for them,” a close associate said.

Since indicating his interest and winning the NDC primary election, Engineer Anyamene has continued to gain wide acceptance across Umu Idemili and beyond. His community describes him as a man of vision and integrity, capable of providing purposeful representation.
