No Vacancy at Anambra State Government House, APGA Tells Ukachukwu

The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) has stated that President Bola Tinubu has no involvement in supporting Nicholas Ukachukwu for the November 8 governorship election in Anambra State.
The party emphasized that there is no vacant seat at the Anambra State Government House, adding that there is no place for Ukachukwu in the current administration.
In a statement issued by the Coordinator of the APGA Media Warriors Forum, Chinedu Obigwe, the party said that the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Abdullahi Ganduje, who influenced Ukachukwu’s emergence as the party’s candidate, does not have the power to secure his victory in the state.
Obigwe claimed that President Tinubu played no role in what he described as Ukachukwu’s financially induced emergence as the APC governorship candidate in Anambra.
He further alleged that Ganduje sold the APC governorship ticket to Ukachukwu as the highest bidder and is now doing everything possible to appease his conscience.
According to Obigwe, Ukachukwu is plotting to rig the November 8 governorship election using “presidential might” because he is aware that he is unelectable.
He said that there is no message Ukachukwu can present that would convince Anambra voters to support him.
Obigwe maintained that the people of Anambra are currently enjoying the dividends of good governance under Governor Charles Chukwuma Soludo’s administration and will not be swayed to vote for the APC.
“The people of Anambra are already on a forward-ever, backward-never journey with Governor Charles Chukwuma Soludo, and they will crush any obstacle that stands in the way of that progress,” he stated.
He further argued that no reasonable person would abandon a leader like Governor Soludo, who has redefined governance in the state, to support Ukachukwu.
He noted that the people of the state will not trade a period of prosperity for one of hardship.
Obigwe concluded by declaring that Ukachukwu will never govern Anambra State, and anyone supporting him is wishing the state ill.
“Anambra is now the envy of other states in Nigeria, thanks to Governor Charles Chukwuma Soludo’s exemplary leadership and achievements,” he said.
He confidently predicted that Ukachukwu and his supporters would be decisively defeated on November 8, 2025.
