Anambra Poll: SASA MD, Nwokoye Congratulates Governor Soludo on Landslide Victory, Commends Peaceful Conduct

The Managing Director of the Special Anti-Touting Squad (SASA) in Anambra State, Hon. Monday Nwokoye, has congratulated Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo on his resounding victory in the just-concluded Anambra governorship election, where he emerged victorious across all 21 local government areas of the state.
Hon. Nwokoye also commended the professionalism and dedication of security agencies throughout the electoral process.
He specifically appreciated the Inspector General of Police, Dr. Kayode Egbetokun, NPM, and all security personnel for ensuring that the polls were conducted in a peaceful, transparent, and credible manner.
Speaking shortly after the announcement of the results, Hon. Nwokoye described the election as “transparent, orderly, and largely peaceful,” noting that the few isolated incidents of disturbance were swiftly contained by security operatives.
He further lauded political parties and candidates for demonstrating maturity and sportsmanship throughout the exercise.
“We are happy that the elections have come and gone peacefully. The security agencies did an excellent job, and the political parties as well as their candidates displayed a commendable spirit of brotherhood,” Nwokoye stated.
He extended warm congratulations to Governor Soludo, describing him as “a man with a grand vision and a deep commitment to the progress of Ndi Anambra.
” Nwokoye expressed optimism that the governor’s reelection would usher in another phase of accelerated development and inclusive governance in the state.“Congratulations to Governor Soludo and to all Ndi Anambra on this collective victory. This is not just a win for one man or one party—it is a triumph for peace, unity, and the continued progress of our beloved state,” he added.
