Tinubu At 74: Soludo hails his bold,courageous political leadership

The Governor of Anambra State, Prof. Charles Soludo, has commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his bold and courageous political sagacity.
According to him, in a message congratulating the President on his 74th birthday, the governor said that the President’s uncompromising commitment to the unity, peace, development, and progress of the Federal Republic of Nigeria is commendable.
The governor’s commendation was contained in a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Christian Aburime, on Sunday.
“He most warmly congratulated His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, on the occasion of his 74th birthday on Sunday, March 29, 2026” It stated.
The governor said that history will remember President Tinubu as a leader who dared to make the tough, yet necessary, decisions required to reposition the nation’s economy for long-term stability.
Governor Soludo acknowledged that while the administration’s bold economic reforms, including the removal of the fuel subsidy and the unification of exchange rates, have demanded significant sacrifice from citizens, these courageous steps have laid the essential foundation for a more resilient, transparent, and prosperous Nigeria in the future.
According to him, President Tinubu has demonstrated that true leadership is not about seeking temporary popularity, but about making hard choices that will secure future generations.
He said that the ‘Renewed Hope Agenda’ is steadily steering the nation away from the precipice of fiscal recklessness towards a path of sustainable growth, adding that Anambra State stands in solidarity with the President as he navigates these challenging times.
He called for the support of all Nigerians for the President as he continues to tackle the nation’s multifaceted challenges, including security.
Soludo expressed confidence that under President Tinubu’s stewardship, Nigeria will emerge stronger, more united, and economically vibrant.
He therefore wished President Bola Ahmed Tinubu a happy 74th birthday, praying for his continued good health, sound mind, divine guidance, and many more years of service to the nation.
