Prof. Ndirika Replaces Dr. Chinyere as Provost of Nwafor Orizu College of Education, Nsugbe

The Governor of Anambra State, Charles Soludo, has approved the appointment of Professor Victor Ifeanyi Obiora Ndirika as the new Provost of Nwafor Orizu College of Education.

Professor Ndirika succeeds Dr. Justina Chinyere Anyadiegwu, who has been redeployed to serve as Chairman of the Anambra State Universal Basic Education Board.

This was disclosed in a statement issued by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Christian Aburime. According to the statement, Professor Ndirika is a distinguished Agricultural Engineer and an accomplished scholar with a strong record in academia and research.

Prior to his appointment, he was a Professor in the Department of Agricultural and Bioresources Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, at Nnamdi Azikiwe University.

An experienced engineer, lecturer, administrator, and researcher, Professor Ndirika has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications in reputable academic journals. He is widely regarded for his contributions to engineering education and scholarly research.

In his new role, Professor Ndirika is expected to provide visionary leadership that will usher the college into a new era of comprehensive excellence, with a focus on training world-class, modern teachers for Anambra State and beyond.
