BREAKING: Race to 2027 Begins as INEC Issues Candidate Nomination Access Codes to APC, LP, ADC, Six Other Parties

Nine political parties participating in the 2027 general election have collected the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) access codes required for the nomination of candidates.
INEC disclosed this information on Wednesday through its official Facebook page.
The nine political parties are: Accord (A), Action Alliance (AA), African Democratic Congress (ADC), All Progressives Congress (APC), Labour Party (LP), National Democratic Congress (NDC), National Democratic Party (NDP), Peoples Redemption Party (PRP), and Social Democratic Party (SDP).
The access codes will enable the political parties to access the INEC nomination portal and commence the submission of candidates’ details for the 2027 general election in accordance with the Commission’s nomination process.
