CP Nnanna Hails Security Agencies for Seamless Coordination During First Lady’s Anambra Visit

The Anambra State Commissioner of Police, CP Nnanna Oji Ama, has commended officers and men of the Command, as well as personnel of sister security agencies, for the high level of operational coordination, vigilance and professionalism demonstrated during the visit of the First Lady to the state.

According to a statement issued by the Command’s spokesperson, SP Tochukwu Ikenga, the high level of coordination and professionalism ensured the peaceful and successful visit of the First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, CON, to Anambra State on Wednesday.

Ikenga said the Commissioner noted that the successful security arrangements were the outcome of deliberate inter-agency collaboration, effective deployment, timely information-sharing and disciplined execution of operational responsibilities by all participating security and safety agencies.

The statement added that CP Nnanna particularly commended personnel on the ground for maintaining a high level of alertness, professionalism and coordination throughout the exercise, stressing that the seamless interface among the various agencies was critical to ensuring the safety of the dignitary, other participants and the general public.

According to him, the Commissioner also appreciated the Government and people of Anambra State, community leaders and other stakeholders for their cooperation and orderly conduct, which further contributed to the peaceful outcome of the visit.

“The Commissioner assured Ndi Anambra that the Command will sustain this level of operational synergy and proactive security coordination, while continuously strengthening intelligence-led policing, inter-agency cooperation and strategic deployment to safeguard lives, property and critical public engagements across the State,” the statement added.
