NONYE SOLUDO WINS 2026 NATIONAL LEADERSHIP AWARD FOR SOCIAL IMPACT
The Anambra State First Lady, Dr. Mrs. Nonye Soludo, on Sunday received the 2026 National Leadership Award for Excellence in Social Impact Leadership.
She received the prestigious award at the 2026 National Leadership Conference, held in Abuja.
In a statement issued and shared on her Facebook page, Healthy Living with Nonye Soludo, the Anambra First Lady expressed deep gratitude for the recognition, describing it as both an honour and a responsibility.
Dr. Nonye Soludo, who is the founder of the Healthy Living with Nonye Soludo Initiative, dedicated the award to everyone who has contributed, in one way or another, to the growth and impact of the initiative.
She particularly acknowledged the volunteers, coordinators, partners, health workers, teachers, community leaders and other members of the team whose efforts have helped advance the initiative’s activities across Anambra State and beyond.
The statement read in part:
“To our volunteers, coordinators, partners, health workers, teachers, community leaders and every member of our great team who continues to give their time, energy and heart to this work, thank you. Your tireless efforts are the reason Healthy Living has grown into a crusade touching lives across Anambra and beyond.
“My dear daughter, Adaora Ifeatu Soludo, received the award on my behalf today, and I am especially grateful and proud that she could represent me at this important moment.
“We will keep showing up, keep serving and keep doing the work. There is still so much more to do.
“Thank you, GOTNI Leadership Centre, for this recognition, and thank you to everyone who has made the Healthy Living journey what it is today. I love you all so much.”
The recognition further highlights the growing visibility of the Healthy Living initiative, which has focused on promoting healthy lifestyles and encouraging greater awareness of health and wellbeing among individuals, families and communities.
Dr. Soludo’s acceptance message also reaffirmed her commitment to sustaining the initiative and expanding its impact, while recognising the collective effort of the people working behind it.
