Golden Land Estate Venture has rewarded over 50 realtors (canvassers) for their hard work in helping the company achieve its target of making 1,000 people landlords and landladies.

The realtors received gifts ranging from bags of rice and kitchen utensils, such as microwaves, and smart televisions to smartphones.

Elated Comrade Damian Ogudike, one of the company’s directors, spoke to journalists at Sharon Hall, GRA, Onitsha the venue of the Midterm Summit and Awards.

He described the rewards as just the “tip of the iceberg,” hinting at bigger rewards planned for December, when hardworking realtors will receive cars.

Ogudike explained that the Golden Land Estate Midterm Summit and Awards was organized to celebrate the company’s performance from January to June this year, which he described as encouraging. Their target for the first half of the year was to make 1,000 people landlords and landladies, a goal they achieved by May and subsequently surpassed.

He emphasized the importance of investing in land, stating that land does not depreciate but rather continues to appreciate in value.

Also speaking, Mr. Ike Eze, a co-director, said their year-end goals include acquiring more sites and increasing sales.

He encouraged those interested in investing in land in Anambra State to consider Golden Land Estate Venture Limited, citing the company’s credibility.

“If you buy land from us, you can relax because your investment is secure. We conduct due diligence before acquiring any land. It is essential to partner with a notable, credible, and transparent company like ours. We stand by our clients if there is any challenge in recovering their land or money,” he said.

Eze further stated that the company currently owns over 11 sites in Anambra State alone and recently acquired a site at Ibuzor, Delta State.

Addressing attendees, Pastor Kinsley Orefo, Personal Assistant to Bishop E.C. Obiroah, founder and General Overseer of Life of Faith Church, said the Bishop believes in combining God’s work with secular endeavors.

He stated that buying land is the second most important achievement in a person’s life after salvation, highlighting the need to save money for land acquisition.

The Bishop’s representative urged people to de-emphasize the purchase of expensive cars and instead invest in land.

“People should open their eyes and buy land to build their own houses, both in the village and in the town,” Orefo said.

He revealed that Bishop Obiroah has expressed confidence in Golden Land Estate Venture and has decided to partner with the company.

“We have come on board. You are genuine. My Bishop is interested in partnering with Golden Land Estate. He supports you fully. The land business is a business grounded in reality. People should not be afraid,” the pastor added.
