Anambra 2025: Groups, Communities Endorse Ukachukwu, Donate Vehicles, Cash

Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu, the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate for the forthcoming November 8, 2025, Anambra State gubernatorial election, continues to garner widespread support and endorsements from diverse groups and communities across various social strata.

On Saturday ,the Orsumenyi community,Ukachukwu’s hometown in Nnewi South Council Area of Anambra State through the Orsumenyi Elites, a prominent socio-economic and socio-political group, formally pledged their backing. The delegation, led by their president, Chief Frank Umeh, visited the candidate in a vibrant and well-attended event.

Chief Umeh expressed the collective enthusiasm and commitment of the Orsumenyi people following Ukachukwu’s emergence as the APC governorship flagbearer.

He assured that the entire community including sons and daughters, in-laws, friends, neighbors, and well-wishers would mobilize every available resource to secure a decisive victory on November 8, 2025.

At the event, the Orsumenyi Elites presented two branded Toyota Sienna vehicles and a substantial cash donation to support Ukachukwu’s campaign efforts.

Chief Umeh emphasized that these gifts represent only the initial phase of their support, promising additional contributions in the near future.

The emotional atmosphere saw some members spontaneously contributing personal donations on the spot, including a remarkable N5 million for the upkeep of the vehicles.

Speaking from Lagos, Chief Umeh underscored that the group’s primary goal is to bolster the APC’s campaign machinery ahead of the crucial election, aiming for a resounding victory for Ukachukwu.

This gesture, both strategic and symbolic, reflects Orsumenyi’s determination to play a pivotal role in the candidate’s political journey and the broader movement unfolding across Anambra State.

He urged supporters to view the Ukachukwu project as a shared responsibility, calling on every backer not only to vote but to actively mobilize others.

“What you have presented today is just the beginning this unity and togetherness will carry us to victory come November,” he declared.

In a show of solidarity, Tochukwu Michael, representing the Ikemba Front’s Lagos Branch, pledged that members plan to return home en masse to exercise their voting rights.

He expressed unwavering confidence that under Ukachukwu’s leadership, issues of insecurity would be effectively addressed and consigned to history.

The Ikukuoma Youth Movement, Lagos State chapter, led by Chigbo Mbalie, also reaffirmed their steadfast support for Ukachukwu’s candidacy.

“We are fully committed and will stand by him throughout this journey,” Mbalie affirmed.

The event went beyond mere donations—it symbolized the growing momentum behind the Ukachukwu/Ekwunife ticket. From family members and local elites to diaspora groups and youth movements, the unanimous message was clear: Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu embodies the transformational leadership that Anambra urgently needs.

Additional campaign materials, including branded face caps and t-shirts, were also presented during the gathering.

In response, Ukachukwu expressed heartfelt gratitude, particularly for receiving such support from his own people.

He acknowledged the November 8 election as “our collective project,” adding, “May Almighty God bless our efforts and guide us to victory.”
