You Are Already Down, Don’t Blame Any Governor for Your Failure- APGA Chieftain Tells Ukachukwu

A chieftain of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Mr. Chinedu Obigwe, has confidently stated that Governor Charles Soludo will decisively defeat the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate, Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu, by a wide margin in the upcoming Anambra governorship election.

Obigwe further alleged that, anticipating defeat, Ukachukwu is already preparing to scapegoat two South-East APC governors for his expected poor performance in the November 8 poll.

In a statement issued on Wednesday, Obigwe claimed that Ukachukwu has finalized plans to accuse these governors of undermining his campaign, a strategy Obigwe dismissed as a preemptive excuse for failure.

According to Obigwe, “Ukachukwu is merely seeking a scapegoat to deflect responsibility for what is a predictable and imminent defeat. Anambra remains an APGA stronghold, and this fact cannot be contested.”

He stated:“The narrative that the two APC South-East governors are sabotaging Ukachukwu’s chances is baseless and fabricated. Ukachukwu knows very well that his ambition is a losing battle, yet he chooses to live in self-deception.

“In a recent conversation with a friend, I learned that Ukachukwu plans to blame these governors for his defeat come November 8. The drowning man clutches at straws; Ukachukwu should accept that Anambra is APGA territory and gracefully concede.

“Governor Soludo is poised for a well-deserved victory, and not even a million Ukachukwus can change that outcome.”

Obigwe also accused Ukachukwu of desperation to seize power at any cost, citing a video circulating on social media allegedly showing the APC candidate administering oaths to his supporters.

“I have consistently maintained that Ukachukwu is a pseudo-evangelist exploiting religion to manipulate vulnerable people,” “If he is willing to subject his supporters to oath-taking rituals ahead of the election, it shows he is ready to do whatever it takes to attain power.”Obigwe said.

The APGA chieftain reiterated his confidence in Governor Soludo’s electoral success, emphasizing, “Soludo will win decisively on November 8. No amount of negative tactics will undermine the will of Anambra people.”
