Igboebisi Lauded for Contributions to Youth Development and Community Advancement

Ahead of the 2027 general elections in Nigeria, Merchants of Light School, Oba, in Idemili South Local Government Area of Anambra State, has acknowledged the contributions of Dr. Kene Igboebisi to youth development and community advancement.

Dr. Igboebisi, the frontline aspirant for the Idemili North and South Federal Constituency seat under the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, was also recognised for his uncommon kindness and generosity toward humanity.

In a letter of appreciation signed by Uchendu Ngozi J. on behalf of the entire school community, the institution expressed heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Igboebisi for his support during the school’s 2026 Inter-House Sports competition.

The letter stated that Lagos House emerged overall winner following the numerous gift items Dr. Igboebisi provided to students, which boosted their morale and contributed to their first-place finish.

“It is with deep gratitude and profound joy that I write on behalf of the entire school community of Merchants of Light School, Oba, and particularly Lagos House, to express our heartfelt appreciation for your uncommon kindness and generosity. Your donation of numerous gift items to Lagos House significantly enhanced the participation and morale of our students and athletes during the just-concluded Inter-House Sports competition,” the letter read.

“Your benevolence was instrumental in motivating the students. As a result, Lagos House excelled and secured the overall first position in the competition. We sincerely value your commitment to sports and youth development. This gesture is a clear testament to the positive impact and uncommon accomplishments you will bring to Idemili North and South Constituency. Indeed, your victory is assured, and we will play our part in that regard. Thank you immensely, and may you remain blessed.”
