It was a moment of joy, gratitude, and glory as the immediate past Anambra State Commissioner of Police, Rtd.AIG Ikioye Orutugu, celebrated his thanksgiving service at St. Peter’s Anglican Church, Amawbia, in the Awka South Local Government Area of Anambra State, on Sunday.
